SOLAT SELEPAS HAID : PERKARA YG DIPANDANG RINGAN..

Pengetahuan Islam kepada sesiapa yang bernama wanita ISLAM!!!

Kebanyakkan perempuan/wanita/ muslimah (wanita Islam) tak berapa perasan ATAU lebih malang lagi jika memang tak tahu menahu akan perkara ini... Ilmu Fekah, khususnya BAB HAID yang berkaitan dengan diri wanita itu sendiri amat kurang dikuasai atau difahami secara menyeluruh oleh kebanyakkan wanita Islam...kenapa hal ini boleh terjadi?? Amat susah untuk mencari seorang guru/ustazah/ ...yang betul-betul pakar dalam bab 'Orang-orang Perempuan ini' kecuali terpaksa@mesti dirujuk kepada lelaki/ustaz- ustaz yang bernama LELAKI jugak...(saya rasa ramai yang bersetuju dengan pandangan saya )

Contohnya yang paling simple ; bila ditanya kepada kebanyakkan wanita Islam ; "adakah wajib bagi seorang wanita Islam menqhada'kan solat mereka yang ditinggalkan ketika haid?" pastinya kita akan mendengar jawapan daripada kebanyakkan mereka mengatakan: "alaa...itu soalan mudah jee..bila 'datang period' maka solat tuu tak perlu qadha, yang perlu qadha hanya puasa jee..itulah yang kami belajar sejak mula-mula 'bergelar wanita' dulu"

Jika dibuat pantauan nescaya jawapan seperti di ataslah yang akan kita jumpa... Sebenarnya TAK SEBEGITU MUDAH bagi seorang muslimah nak meninggalkan solat mereka walaupun dirinya didatangi haid!!! sekalipun. Hal ini boleh dirujuk di dalam kitab Ihya' Ulumuddin karangan Hujjatul Islam Imam Al-Ghazali yang mashur.

Kitab yang padanya ada ilmu yang berkaitan Tasauf dan padanya juga perbahasan Fekah yang luas, inilah bukti kehebatan ulama' terdahulu..

Dalam BAB TIGA :

" Fi adab Mua'sharah Wama Yujzi Fi Dawamun Nikah..." perkara YANG KETUJUH disebut dengan jelas dalam kitab tersebut : PERKARA YANG BERKAITAN DENGAN HAID: Penjelasan (bayan) terhadap solat yang perlu diqadha bagi perempuan yang didatangi haid :

1. Jika perempuan dalam keadaan haid mendapati darah haid itu berhenti (dengan melihatnya) sebelum masuknya waktu Maghrib, kira-kira sempat dia solat asar sebanyak satu rakaat, maka baginya wajib qadha solat zohor dan asar.

2. Jika perempuan mendapati darah haidnya kering sebelum masuknya waktu subuh, kira-kira sempat baginya solat Isya' sebanyak satu rakaat, maka wajib baginya qadha solat maghrib dan Isya'. " Dan hal ini (qadha solat yang ditinggalkan semasa haid) adalah sekurang-kurang perkara yang wajib diketahui oleh setiap wanita Islam" (Imam Al-Ghazali)

HURAIAN MASALAH :

1. Kenapa perlu diqadha solat Asar dan Zohor?

- Kerana perempuan itu hanya menyedari keringnya haid masih dalam waktu Asar, maka baginya wajib solat asar (selepas mandi hadas)

2. Kenapa pula solat Zohor juga perlu diqadha sama?

- Kerana di dalam hukum menjama' (menghimpun solat bagi orang musafir) solat Asar boleh dijama' dan diqosarkan bersama solat Zohor.

- Kerana kecuaian wanita itu sendiri (dari melihat haidnya kering atau tidak), boleh jadi haidnya sudah kering dalam waktu Zohor lagi, langkah Ihtiyat ( menjaga hukum) maka perempuan itu juga perlu mengqhada solat Zohor.

3. Dalam perkara solat subuh pun sama : -perempuan itu hanya menyedari darah haidnya kering, sebelum masuk waktu subuh, kira-kira sempat solat Isyak satu rakaat (selepas mandi hadas) maka wajib baginya solat Isya' sebab darahnya kering masih dalam waktu Isya'.

-Solat Isya' juga boleh dijama' (bagi musafir) dengan solat Maghrib, maka baginya juga perlu diqadha solat maghrib.

-Di atas kecuainnya (tidak betul-betul melihat darahnya kering atau tidak dalam setiap waktu solat) maka boleh jadi darahnya sudah kering dalam waktu maghrib lagi (sebab proses keringnya darah itu berlaku secara perlahan-lahan, mungkin perempuan itu hanya menyedarinya dalam waktu subuh, hakikatnya proses pengeringan itu sudah lama berlaku)

-maka langkah ihtiyat (menjaga hukum) maka adalah bagi perempuan itu perlu di qadha juga solat maghribnya.

Sila rujuk : Kitab Ihya' Ulumuddin (Jilid ke 2) cetakan Darul Nahwan Nil / Darul Haram Lil Turath, Kaherah.

Diharapkan tulisan ini memberi kesedaran kepada seluruh yang bergelar Muslimah untuk lebih mendalami diri mereka dengan ilmu 'Fiqhul Nisa' ini yang berkaitan dengan diri mereka sendiri!!!

assalamualaikum ! alhamdulillah my dad gave his permission for me to have my semester break holiuday with dear friends ,SAZA AND KELLY to Singapore. at first he didn't allow me , but then , i've persuaded him and it took a while before he agreed . so ALHAMDULILLAH ! this is my first trip w/ friends not related to any the school's activities or family ! :)

and this is all SAZA'S idea and we'll be staying over her relative's place ! ni mungkin berkat doa Saza jugak ni kot :')

SUN-FLARE PHOTOGRAPHY EFFECT

i am so mesmerized whenever i looked to the photos with this effect. the picture somehow give a certain feeling which is very beautiful and and somehow injected serene effect inside it . i've tried many times before to do this kind of effect into my photographs but they failed.

i never asked people how to them, so stupid me, i dont know how. so , today , i think i just realized that all the photographers have been using Lightroom. (i dont know why , but i think i'm a total fool right now.all the photographers use LIGHTROOM eh ?HAHAHAH) and i just realized that in Lightroom, there's like Lightroom Presets which is THE EFFECT , and u can do the effect simultaneously for a whole folder of pictures . (okay i just knew tht -___-'')

5- Jika melihat orang jahat, jangan anggap kita lebih mulia kerana mungkin disuatu ahari nanti dia insaf dan bertaubat atas kesalahannya.

6- Apabila bertemu dengan orang kafir, katakan di dalam hati bahawa mungkin suatu hari nanti mereka akan diberi hidayah oleh Allah SWT dan akan memeluk Islam, maka segala dosa mereka akan diampuni oleh Allah SWT.

BREAKING DAWN | part I

OKAY . I am very determined to go and watch breaking dawn today. very determined 'cause afterwards, im gonna be completely busy with my final project ahead ! :O .plus, i am twilight fan , but never went to the cinema to watch it .but still, i havent watch eclipse yet -__-''. so , A MUST WATCH ONE for me . (p/s : this is the 3rd film i got to watch in cinema HAHA) . i'll start with the settings and the visuals, THEY'RE PERFECT . the picture's awesome, the wedding's beautiful, brazilian setting , would take your breath away .

the starting is quite fast i think . maybe , what does it take to do it long aite . there's no use pon. the storyline's not dragging which , wont keep you boring .its just SMOOTHHH :) character's like , bella's dad , seth and others kinda funny which give more less intense with those love-stuffed movie.the most cute part is when edward came and touched bella's tummy and kinda have their moment right there . alololoooo shwettnyeeww :D:D:D* berangannnn

kirsten stewart's acting , i thought it would be like no soul or kind of dull, but she play it well :) the nervous before the wedding ,during the honeymoon's kinda hilarious and when she's pregnant - she portrays mommy's image very well :)

for the make-ups, its very realistic with bella's image during her pregnancy, with corpse-like image . the thing is , i dont really like edward's eye colour. it's distracting . TAK LEH TENUNG LAMA LAMA -____-''.

the thing that spoil EVERY THING . LIKE E-- V--E--R--Y THING IS , IN MALAYSIA , they cut most of the important scenes , like when edward turned bella into vampire and when bella delivered the baby . it's kinda left us confused and dissappointed :'( it just SPOILLL everything :''(

last night , there's eclipse happening and we in Malaysia can see it around 9.30 pm i guess, didnt care to look at the watch much ! :) me in studio and suddenly there's bunch of mates gathered around in faculty's courtyard looking at the moon. then, i joined them . later on, we climbed up the Block C building , watching the moon from the roof top together with kema, abu, kadiaq and umaq :) just nice chillin' up there :)

Terengganu trip , i was waiting for it , to run , run away from all the unsettled and miserable me . Everything was hard to cope up before , so unorganized . Feeling dumped , so suffocating with uncomplete (VERY) design submission , which i tried to run from the fact that i am very dissappointed with myself, i just ACT cool .(despite the thing is , everybody submitted uncomplete designs BTW). all i know is , i need time to breathe. before , i too keen to think what people might say or thoughts . I didnt care much about my feeling . and did not focus on my passion much . yeah , BUMMER . I NEED TO BREATHE .

on 20th of Oct was when our journey starts :) basicly , the journey was just run smoothly , alhamdulillah and i spend some time myself sketching the journey itself . managed 2 pages of journal sketches on that day . well (just crossed the lists to-do in terengganu), but that lasted only a day . cuz' that's the only day , we felt very free and easyy . and few things just couldnt be crossed , such as , * read the architectural magazines i brought (pissed off with myself). We stopped by at a stall by the road selling otak-otak , satar and pulut lepa. We arrived at 7.30 pm at Kuala Terengganu . (LATER TO BE UPDATED )

how fascinated i am w/ houses or residential which only stand w/out covered by paint . you know what , i just love the smell , and the colour . i feel calm . malaysian houses really are having great changes , and i was overwhelmed w/ the designs and interior . just looked through out a book, the New Malaysian House by Robert Powell , photographed by Albert Lim KS .

i love both modern and traditional kind of style . modern is about creating the contemporary and challenges new invention while the traditional, preserving the heritage and remind us about who we were ,something to be proud of.

MODERN is about universal unity , TRADITIONAL flourish local dignity.

culture and heritage , people have been missing all of this valuable treasure , got blurred with the urge to become so modern and technologies creating new things, new culture, new world . and , our own culture , our own treasure , disappeared without people knowing.

i am very grateful to be born in a country , full of heritage , mixed and colourful , Malaysia . precisely, i was born in a state in east Peninsular Malaysia, Kelantan . physically, Kelantan seems to be a very poor state with lack of development . but underneath , there's beauty people can't see and not yet developed / poorly developed . there's a feel inside me, MAD , mad on the reason why does people do not see it . and i am very grateful to be born to a father who so OBSESSED with it .

Kelantan was so famous with its culture, with keropok making , batik-crafting, arts, wood carving , foods, nature .YES , people have developed this industry , but not in a proper way, not in a very commercial way . what i have heard from my father was , if we really make this industry , collaborated it with tourism , it will be HUGE . seriously , look at bali, how the industry became the attraction from tourist all over the world who search for adventure, culture , heritage to learn from, to feel the way they live .the most important thing is, they have been attracted to beauty of the place itself . our nusantara land was enriched with tropical plants, monsoon climate which are soo nice.

according to my father, Bali's dirty but when they know how to commercialize the place , everybody wants to go there. they sell the culture .people want to feel it . that's how things work. we really have the opportunity . as if we dont appreciate it.THAT'S the thing about Malay , PENGOTOR . sincerely, i dont even study this thing well yet, i wrote as i experienced what my father told me before, and i have my interest in that . so , INSYAALLAH , i'll start on studying in this thing.and while i was checking out my class's facebook page, there's a competition within IPT students in designing a mosque . i just interested in that regarding what i've been realising about regional architecture .and i totally would say, PERFECT TIMING ! this is the time i can improve my drawings, computer skills, and this is the first time i'll gonna design a building for 2,500 people apart from my previous project which considering as maximum as 2 person only -____________-'. i wouldnt say that i dont wanna win, coz, its just gonna bring my self-esteem down. and most crucially its about the journey of it. ALHAMDULILLAH YA ALLAH, You give me the opportunity on looking on the post .

my besties , menix , mira and the rest are doing a project on our beloved syah's sister wedding , THE CUPCAKES ak the hantaran .
hantaran are things that each bride / groom bring (usually decorated ones) to give to each other . nowadays , cupcakes become a modern trend to include them as one of the hantaran . 'i need to do some bit of research regarding of this hantaran thing'

i catched up the movie
RED RIDING HOOD - naah , throughout the movie there's something missing . the starters , seriously like twilight's scene . 2.5/5
DEAR JOHN - the storyline , to flat- no momentum for me , no major change or what . doesnt give me anyreason to remember.2.8/5
THE LAST SONG - i am sensitive when it comes to things about family . this movie , really , really make me weep . did it has anything to do with miley cyrus , umm, dont think so ! haha . when i look at you became my favourite song afterwards.
AVATAR- i coudnt understand much , but i think the james cameroon really wants to create that avatar world for himself.
PERCY JACKSON AND THE LIGHTNING THIEF - its ok for just acknowledgement about greek myths. but i really hope for this kind of movie really made it out with total greek experience , well ancient greek AMBIANCE :)budget for this film was about USD 95 million , altho' Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone was USD 125 million , but Percy Jackson didnt really wow me , maybe most of the budget was spent on the actors !

above are totally my feelings after watched the finale of gossip girl season 4 . the episode deliberately sum up all of the boring momentum through out the season .and i can tell the writers really conclude it , well , SURPRISED , INTRESTING, AWESOME and intelligent i say to attract and make people wait (like URRGHH ) for this fall !! well i'm going to put together the recaps here . but seriously, to loyal watchers who haven't seen it . you better WATCH IT ! OMAIGOD OMAIGOD !!

Loyal readers may have noticed that my Gossip Girl recaps had stopped following the post-sweeps week hiatus. This had to do with a couple of things — lack of time available to write the recaps; Monday evening engagements that forced Gossip Girl to DVR status — but mostly it was simply out of boredom. To put it bluntly: this show was not good throughout season four.

That's a shame, since it had the potential to start out so strong. You'll recall that season three ended with Chuck and Blair almost getting together, Dorota having her baby, and Chuck getting shot. How that pretty great set-up for season four was wasted is still unclear, even with 22 episodes in the books.

Actually it's not that unclear: Josh Schwartz and his writing team devoted much of the first portion of the season to Jenny, Vanessa and Juliet attempting to destroy Serena, and then used the second half to tease the love square between Blair, Dan, Chuck andPrince Lispy Louis.

Which is a long way of saying that the season finale was a total surprise. Following a season of disappointments, who could have guessed that it would all come together in one big soapy bathtub of promiscuous sex, fake cousins, and surprise pregnancies?

Make no mistake, "The Wrong Goodbye" was easily the best Gossip Girl episode of the season. The way it wove multiple storylines and conspiracies together reminded me of the show's halcyon days of season two. It was the juicy soap that everyone had come to love, and not the homework exercise the show has become.

Take the ending, for instance (an Empire Strikes Backdenouement if there ever was one): Cousin Charlie wasn't Cousin Charlie, but Ivy, a con woman hired by Lily's crazyass sister; Vanessa brought Dan's book about the secrets of the UES to a publisher under the name Anonymous, and was about to get it published; Georgina was back in town, doing the ridiculous things that Georgina does; Serena was taking random meetings in Los Angeles (!) about F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Beautiful and Damned (!!) withDavid O. Russell (!!!); and Blair was probably pregnant. With Chuck's baby. (Pfft to the idea that Prince Louis and Blair ever had sex; the man is like an amoeba.) It was an explosive amount of plot, the type of game-changing episode that can creatively save a dragging series from sliding into the abyss. If Schwartz, Stephanie Savage and their writing team can't make this plot hold together, then the show might as well shuffle off the air after season five.

Not only did "The Wrong Goodbye" set up a potential creative second-life forGossip Girl, it also appeared to invigorate the cast. Given just one word to describe the Gossip Girl stars this season, "sullen" comes to mind. From Leighton Meester to Penn Badgley to Chace Crawford to Ed Westwick, every man and woman on the show seemed unreasonably bored throughout season four. Failed set romances and burgeoning Hollywood careers likely had something to with that, but the scripts didn't help either. Yet in the season finale, not only was the cast performing on a level they hadn't all year, but they also looked like they were having fun. At the Bar Mitzvah Chuck and Blair crashed — that happened — the pair even smiled at each other. And Chuck's face didn't shatter into one million pieces. Quite the accomplishment.

So, where does Gossip Girl go from here? Well, it certainly seems like season five will be the last season (will Lively or Meester really do this show through 2013?), and that's probably good for everyone. Provided the ridiculous plots left over from the finale carry over strong next fall, it should be a victory lap for Gossip Girl. Either that, or another boring disaster. Here's hoping the content of "The Wrong Goodbye" says more about the next season of Gossip Girl than its title.

its original submission date was on 28th of march , but the lecturers keep on extend the submission date as there were a lot of failure , there were 2 submission dates later on which one of'em was on the last monday and tuesday and the upcoming one is on 12th of may . through this submissions lecturers will add-up our marks to maintain the results . our progressions are quite slow, but at the end of the day , what u could see is , my studiomates work really DAMN hard ,(orang yang selalu tido tiba tiba dapat kuasa naruto mana entah boleh tak tido berhari hari :) put (ROBOT)you know what she can really do her jobs like non stop, just focussing on her thing onlyyy ! i've started my final project for this semester . and i've gone thru the first crit session last thursday , everything was , umm.. so-so . and i do not like the word so-so . i got B+ for my first crit . feeling quite doomed , hoping for an A . DUH , everybody wants an A -_______-' . but of course , you deserve just right for your effort .
i did not really well prepared for the crit . i didnt have plan, section , elevation for the form i presented that day.
actually , i do have them which i completed for just 5 minutes right before i present .at least i prepare quite a number of mock ups, but useless ones . but still , its included in the process , aite ? :)

from the lecturer :
you have the architectural vocabs but your approach seems blurred , yu've got to many , try to find the common criteria that can be extracted from your clients interest, music and fasion sense , talent and so one than do it step by step . keep things ORGANIZED

and now i stuck with things , how on earth im gonna find my design approach .

i was somekinda overcome a brainwash earlier this year , this will be the prove of me changing , transitioning . this will be the PROVE. you just cant say that , yeah , i've learn from my mistakes , but the outcomes were not like what im expecting and hoping for "it's okay" as the answer? HAHA . DONT !

it goes the same when a woman look at a girl for her son . nak jadikan menantu .kita assume that girl tu tak tau mak cik tu nak tengok dia sebagai calon menantu. kiranya that girl tak hipokrit la -______-'. first impression really important . in that case , how that girl dress comes first into the mak cik's mind and subsequently interpret what kind of girl she is (kalau pakai baju kurung pergi kedai , agak agak lulus lah kot), before any words trade between them.and when they talk , mak cik will now know about her attitude .

macam ni lah , senang cerita , mana mana anak gadis , kena be prepared , zahir batin , try to create a good personality and be a good muslimah , so that tak payah nak hipokrit time sesi mengenal dengan mak mertua.
ini bukan slot nasihat kerana aku tidak selayak itu , cuma sekadar berkongsi dan sama sama perbaiki diri .

first of all, internet super-duper SUCKS !

Well, we've come to the end of the year , the end of the a decade . it was soo fast dont'ya think . come think about it ,

in 2000 ,
im just 9 studying in SKDH 1(sk dato' hashim 1), where i met with my bestie , aisyah (cah , we've known each other for ten years weh :)i got to buzz u up in FB , 'coz malaysia-egypt calls must be expensive huh ! :p) , there's cikgu asmara (my class teacher for 3 Pintar) i can still remember our class there . i cant really recall what happened during that period of time . oooh no , one major thing happened back then was in the late year 1999 , we moved in to this house where currently we resides in , okay house , we've been living here for 10 years bebeh :) but lots of aspects have been changed though , our backyards , which supposed to be a place for having evening tea , now it has become a traditional house attached to the main house , some kind of my dad's research and his interest towards malay house . i love it . 'coz i eat breakfast there sometimes , studying at the wakaf . just love it :)there's also borobudur and gallery :D crazy stuff of my dad,the way i call them , lay there unfinished .

had exams upsr , pmr , spm .alhamdulillah .

secondary school, im not very satisfied with my co-curriculum achievement in that school . i didnt become any rep for sports, academic or any society for the school .i played just for the sports day :D. that upset me the most .but , i've made great friends , teachers , the school it self !(i love the school , the school's great SMKA naim lilbanat)its a relegious school, but i dont really became a naimians supposed to be but i am very thankful to Allah for making this school part of my life . i'll try to be better muslimah in the future :')++ i was the monitor of the class for two years , in form 2 and form 4 :)

who we are ? check it out on the left side of this blog . consisting of 16 members . a group of ~~gossip~~ ! naaah. its a group of sisters , love . we laugh , we cry ; we drive cautiosly? doubt that!haha ; we bake (u gals bake , im just waitin to eat it ); we chat, gossipin unaware of time flew and suddenly got a call from the parents asking when will we come home :)sisters , i <3 u(s) . ukhuwah fillah

and now im in UiTM pursuing architecture for a year and 6 years now , in my second year and will be in the 4th semester , its all too fast .UiTM was where my dad went to study industrial design at AD department (art and design)25 years ago . i even got the same hostel as my dad got before (it was boys hostel back then , and now it is girls')he's really proud of that i tell'ya.i am not happy enough with the reputations i built there , i mean the quality of work i did there . i am not well-exposed with u do all of this thing on your own , before i just studied with books , not much of hand-works , im not really gifted , i have to work really hard on it . study is easy , doesnt need any skills .my workmanship is bad , im not confident with my idea , apart of im stuck with idea . well , im a clumsy person , and NOT neat . okay ! read that twice , i sometimes dont remember where i put my handphones , i hardly realize that my clothes missing and for sure my things are everywhere . im working for my dad right now, the thing is when he criticized my works , i sulked . in fact that was really my fault . i didnt focus while doing my work. even if i am i dont put the soul in it.there's no passion. i keep saying that i love that , ooooh that's my passion , i like this that etc . words are not enough . my dad was right , i still live like a child , think and behave like one , immature . i've heard this foor loong time and serioussly i got sick of it .
i hate to hear that but that was the reality . i did not change .
im not being a serious women , im not using my brain , i did not know what im afraid of if i use my brain . that i will burdening myself with work . hey it improves you in many aspects . work , communication, discipline . speaking of discipline . that is the major thing missing in my world . i've got none of it .

im quite emotional person. i let my heart decide instead of brain .for example, if i was dealing with failure , i cant really handle it well, mourn for few days .

all of the above will be my problem statement in solving my problems to design my new brand of myself , new me for the new year.actually , everyday i hope i changed for better. dont think of it as a cliche new year wish for it is not . it is a jump to a something new , i need to be a great person (aku tak gila kuasa . great means that having things that i want with ALLAH blessing in terms of spirituality and physically) and feels great .

YA ALLAH , AKU HARAP KAU BERIKAN KEPADAKU KEKUATAN KEPADA DIRIKU DAN JADIKAN AKU MUSLIMAH YANG LEBIH BAIK .

the close you are with somebody , the greater the chances for you to get hurt . to be hurt by our beloved ones , is damnly hurtful . no matter how, your heart would never learn , it resists to continue to love . yeah , i can do nothing but making stupid jokes around . but.. dont laugh at me . thought it was a compliment , realizing it is an insult . please dont say anything in the first time , at least it wont give me hope that you are proud of me . i am just hurt , all torn up . now , should i befriend with you or keep our relationship cold , letting a gap filling in . maybe , its all because i've forgot who you really are ..

things have been perfect . life at home , works (i'll update about that soon) . i didnt see this coming this time , well earlier than its should be. the design result . my friend coincidently saw my design result and he asked me whether i want to know it . i'm not patient kind of person and asked him to tell me. while waiting for that bomb to be explode , i'm just hoping i will not get a C for design . and i got a B / B+ , but he was quite sure that it is a B . thoughts running through my mind , i thought it wouldnt be that bad to get a B . but, bad ... just suits well with B . i suddenly think, it doesnt worth it to have 3.00 GPA for something you pull it off the whole semester, the whole 4 months of mentally and physically wrecked , with no sleeps , hunger , money-problems . i came to my senses, i did all those effort in a stupid way . stuuupid and no talent to be proud of .
